Billing
- Additional fees may be added to your final bill if incurred and not included at the time the reservation is booked (tolls, parking, wait time, stops in route)
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
- A cleaning / damage fee may be added in the event the customer is deemed responsible for extraordinary cleaning and/or damage repairs while traveling in the vehicle
Flat Rate and Airport Transfers
Wait Time & Stops
- Wait time and stops on route will be charged based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15 minute increments. The charges are waiting time will apply after the grace period has elapsed.
From the airport:
30 minute grace period for Domestic flights
60 minute grace period for International flights
To the airport, Private flight arrivals, train, cruise ship and non-airport pick ups:
Customers receive a 5 minute grace period from the scheduled pick up time.
Stops:
Stops within the most direct route to the destination will be charged in 15 minute increments based upon the vehicle hourly rates. If a stop takes the vehicle out of route or exceeds 60 minutes at the stop, the rate will divert to the hourly rate and minimum hours.

Hourly / As Directed reservations
- Reservations that does not have a flat rate associated with it will be billed based on the vehicle hourly rate.
- Hourly based reservations are charged “garage to garage” from the time the vehicle departs the garage until it returns. The travel time to/from the garage is a 30 minute minimum in each direction.
- Hourly reservations are subject to the vehicle hourly minimum and will be charged in 30 minute increments after the minimum hours have elapsed.
- Hourly rates and minimums are subject to change without notice.
- Vehicle images used on Kaizen Mobility Solutions website may differ from the actual vehicle
Cancellation and no-show fees
Cancellation charges equal to the rate confirmed at time of reservation will apply unless:
- Sedan, SUV, Van cancelled more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
- Limousine, Minibus and Motorcoach cancelled more than one week (7 days) prior to scheduled pickup time.
- A no-show fee equal to the full rate confirmed at the time of the reservation booking. If the customer does not make contact with the chauffeur or customer service within the designated grace period for airport arrivals and within 15 minutes of all transfers, the customer will be charged for the full rate. To avoid a no-show fee, call 646.965.6800 if you cannot locate your vehicle.
The above cancellation terms represent the standard policy for Kaizen Mobility Solutions (KMS) and may be modified from time to time based on certain market conditions. All modifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the above.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in KMS vehicles. If the pet weighs more than 15 pounds, they must be placed in a kennel crate. Small pets must be leashed or placed in a carrying case and must not travel in the seat next to your chauffeur.
Certified service animals do not need to be placed in a crate. At the time of booking, please include if you are traveling with a pet to ensure we provide you with the proper chauffeur.
Additional
- Neither Kaizen Mobility Solutions, nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates, shall be liable for or assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in a vehicle.
- In no event will Kaizen Mobility Solutions or any of its subcontractors or affiliates be liable or responsible for damages of any kind caused by any delay in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of their obligations in connection with the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strikes, government sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay caused by any air or ground passenger carrier, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Kaizen Mobility Solutions, its subcontractors or affiliates.
- Kaizen Mobility Solutions does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in Kaizen Mobility Solutions vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
- The following items are prohibited in Kaizen Mobility Solutions vehicles: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.
